01 02 A case arrives already organized
Reason, duration, temperature, history and current medications, organized before you say hello. With a photo if the person sent one. You see everything and decide whether to take it.
03 Review the proposal and decide
The AI proposes a diagnosis, a prescription and, if needed, lab or imaging tests. You have three paths: approve and it is sent; customize it and it is sent; or request a video call with the person to go deeper or rule something out, and then decide.
04 Sign and get paid
The prescription, and the test order if there was one, goes out with your name, your license and your signature, straight to the person's phone. Your pay is added to your week and the deposit arrives every Friday.

You read the diagnosis and treatment the AI proposes. If they hold up to your judgment, you approve, and the prescription goes out with your name, your license and your signature, straight to the person's phone. No call.
Customize and send.
You change, add or remove whatever your judgment tells you: the treatment, the lab or imaging tests, the instructions. When you are satisfied, you send.
Video call, if you see something more.
If you notice something the AI missed, or you need more context, you request it with a button. If the person accepts, you talk; with that you confirm or rule out, and you issue the prescription with the proposal or with your own.

Does the AI prescribe?
No. It proposes a diagnosis and a treatment for you to evaluate. Nothing reaches the person without your approval or your changes, and the prescription goes out with your signature, not a machine's.
Can I order tests?
Yes. The proposal can include lab or imaging tests, and you add, remove or change them before sending.
What if I decide not to prescribe?
You are paid the same. Your pay is for seeing the patient, not for prescribing, and it does not change with what you prescribe or where it is filled.
How do you verify my license?
You upload your license and we verify it with Mexico's National Registry of Professionals before giving you access. A person reviews it, not an algorithm.
Do I have to do video calls?
No. You request one, with a button, whenever you want to go deeper or rule something out. If the person accepts, you talk; if the case is clear, you approve and send with no call.
Can I turn down a case?
Always. You see the reason before accepting, and none is forced on you.
